Grant brings a genuine warmth and curiosity to his work, and loves nothing more than helping people — of all ages — feel better in their bodies. As an osteopath, he most often helps with the everyday aches, strains, and injuries that come from work, daily life, sport, or pregnancy, and he has a particular soft spot for working with families, babies, and children. Every treatment is shaped around the person in front of him. Grant draws on a range of techniques — from joint mobilisation and soft tissue massage to gentle, hands-on visceral and cranial osteopathy — choosing whatever combination will serve you best. He’s also a firm believer that good care doesn’t end when you leave the treatment room, so he’ll often share simple, practical guidance on movement, posture, and lifestyle to help you keep feeling good between sessions. Grant’s path to osteopathy wasn’t a straight line. He first studied Sports Administration and Science in Australia, then spent his twenties travelling and working across business operations in both the commercial and non-profit worlds, living in several countries along the way. Looking back, he sees those years as an unexpected education in their own right — giving him a real, lived understanding of how stress shows up in the body, sometimes quietly, sometimes not so quietly. That curiosity eventually led him back to study, and he completed an integrated master’s degree in osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy). He’s continued learning ever since — training further in cranial osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy (SCCO), visceral osteopathy with Barral UK, and paediatrics with the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC), where he volunteered treating babies, children, and pregnant and postnatal women at their London clinics. Grant is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC No. 10299) and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
